To get started, you’ll need to provide:

- Information about your existing PRO and Agency affiliations
- Summary of all relevant agreement or contract types

What fees do you charge for your services?
Our fees are competitive and transparent including an initial setup charge and then an ongoing retainer per reporting period. The setup fee includes your first set of statements.
For example, a mid-size company with more than 10 statements required may start at $2400 CAD as an initial setup fee which includes the first set of finalized statements. Each reporting period that follows (usually quarterly or semi-annually) would incur an additional $1000 CAD fee.

Do I have to sign a long-term contract?
Not necessarily. We can do an initial build and train your team to use it going forward, or we can agree to six months of ongoing processing at a time.
Longer-term contracts can be negotiated at any time.
